This is a very special package that is created specifically for YOUR needs and wants. It is personal, supportive and driven towards your individual goals.

It involves a FREE consultation where we sit down and chat through your wants, needs and personal lifestyle. Our main aim will be to focus on what you want to change about yourself right now and what you want to achieve – we’ll get goals established to keep you motivated and accountable. We WILL help you lose weight, get stronger, get energised, feel fabulous and help you start to love yourself again. We know what we are doing and we will get you to your goals safely and quickly.

It doesn’t matter how old you are or what your current fitness level is. We work with women of ALL abilities, young and older, fit and not so fit – and are experienced with providing everyone with safe and effective exercise options, wherever you’re starting from.

What our Personal Training includes:

  • A personalised programme for as long as it will take to get you to your goals
  • A free one-to-one initial planning and introductory chat
  • Individual nutritional analysis
  • Nutrition advice and recipe ideas
  • As many Personal Training sessions as we need to achieve your goals
  • Sessions held at a friendly local gym in Cheltenham
  • At Home Workouts to compliment our one to one PT sessions (home and/or gym-based)
  • Personalised programmes
  • Recipe Books – easy to follow and child friendly options
  • 24/7 access to your coach via email, phone or text, for anything you need

Your coach will support you every step of the way (there is no getting away from us!). We know that this WILL work for you and we will succeed together.

Sample PT Prices:

1to1 personal training – £30 /hour PAYG

2to1 training (workout with a friend!) – £45 /hour PAYG (£22.50 pp)

3to1 training (train in a trio!) – £55 /hour PAYG (less than £20 pp)
