Cheltenham Women’s Fitness’ Blueberry Super Smoothie

Big handful of blueberries

1 small banana

1 tbsp flaxseed (for those important healthy fats)

Handful of spinach (for added fibre to improve gut health, immune-boosting iron & lots of vitamins)

Handful of kale (another superfood to make this extra healthy!)

2-3 tbsp natural yoghurt (for added muscle-building protein and yummy creaminess)

Few cubes of ice


Simply blend all the ingredients together, adding water until you reach your desired consistency. The less water you add, the thicker your smoothie will be! YUM!
